I'm Aileen, your Mad Yogi.
I've been teaching yoga since 2012 and I focus my work on DECONSTRUCTING, DEMYSTIFYING, and delivering yoga in a BELIEF-NEUTRAL way to give you space to ground your practice in practical, relatable, and sustainable ways that can help build your stress management toolkit.​
